Carat weight and size
Weights listed are ct tw, adding up every lab-grown diamond on the necklace. Roughly 1–5 ct tw covers most designs, with a few dipping to 0.5 ct and some climbing past 5. The gold collar widens the visible outline, so a bezel-set lab-grown diamond appears slightly bigger than its claw-held twin.
Which gold for the collar
Yellow gold turns each collar into a visible picture frame. White gold melts into the stone and stretches its apparent size. Rose gold draws a pale pink outline. Nearly every design comes in 10K or 14K; 14K gives a deeper tone with plenty of strength for constant wear.
Wearing a bezel piece every day
Bezels protect the stone's edge, which makes these a good choice for sleeping or layering. Residue still builds up under the stone, so a short bath in mild suds plus a toothbrush on the back of each collar brings the light back. Spray perfume first, then put the necklace on.
