Most of the range hangs as a single pendant: a lone marquise on a split bail, a marquise ringed with pavé, or several stones shaped into petals or wings. One design carries the stones right around the neck as a graduated riviera, broadest at the front and narrowing toward the clasp.
Carat spread across the piece
Carat on these necklaces counts the whole piece, given as ct tw. Most designs offer 1 to 5 ct tw, and several reach further. A solitaire concentrates that figure in one marquise, while a flower or butterfly divides it among many smaller cuts, so the outline grows wider as each stone gets smaller.
Gold karat and silver
- 10K or 14K gold: offered on nearly every design; 14K shows a richer tone.
- 18K gold: available on one design for the deepest yellow or rose.
