Pear Double Halo Rings, grown in light.

A teardrop outlined twice in small stones. A double halo pear ring traces the pear center with two borders of accents that follow its rounded end and its fine tip. These settings pair the frame with pavé shoulders, split shanks or a smooth band. Pick the metal on the product page, then choose your pear-shaped center in the next step.

Tracing the teardrop

Because a pear swells at one end and narrows to a point at the other, both halos have to bend with it. Those twin borders add apparent size and give the tip a protective collar. A floral design softens the outer border into petals around the point.

Shank and band width

  • Forked shank: two strands rise to the frame and steady a wide head.
  • Single band with pavé shoulders: a cleaner profile that still sparkles toward the palm.
  • Plain band: polished metal lets the double halo pear engagement ring carry the look.

A few designs offer a choice of 1.8, 2 or 2.2 mm.

Metal choices

Gold arrives in white, yellow or rose, in 10K, 14K or 18K. Platinum is the heaviest choice and holds up over decades of wear. Silvadium, a tarnish-resistant sterling silver, rounds out the list. Settings open at about $350, most around $1,000; the pear center is priced once you pick it and includes an IGI or GIA report. Every halo uses lab-grown diamond accents.

Which way the tip points

Worn tip toward the nail, a pear makes the finger look longer; reversed, it reads more unusual. Either way, the tip and the outer border take the most knocks, so a jeweler's prong check each year is sensible, along with a gentle scrub in mild suds now and then.

Ring questions, answered.

How do I choose an engagement ring?

Start with the shape she loves, then the setting style. Our gemologists can help you balance carat, cut and budget on a free video call.

Can I build my own engagement ring?

Yes — pick a setting, then a diamond, and review the finished ring before it goes to the bench.

Does the diamond price include the setting?

Diamond and setting are priced separately in the ring builder, and the total is shown before you add the ring to your bag.

How do I find my ring size?

Use our ring size guide, or order a free ring sizer — it arrives in 2–3 days.

Can I return or resize my ring?

You can return it within 30 days (a 10% restocking fee applies to resized or engraved pieces), and your first resize within 60 days of delivery is free.
