Cable, rope and station styles
Some bracelets twist two or three strands together with stones set along the twist. Others use rope-textured bars between bezel stations, so the lab-grown diamonds appear at even intervals. Triple rope designs feel the fullest on the wrist; station styles are lighter and layer well.
Choosing the total weight
Most designs run from 3 to 15 ct tw, counting all the stones around the wrist together. Lower weights let the gold texture lead. Higher weights turn the stones into the main event. Color options are E–F or F–G; clarity options, chosen separately, are VVS–VS or VS–SI.
10K or 14K gold
- 10K: harder and more scratch-resistant, with a paler tone.
- 14K: deeper color and a classic finish, still sturdy enough for constant wear.
Yellow gold makes the twist stand out; in white gold, the lab-grown diamonds melt into the rope.
Wearing and cleaning a twist
