In the middle of this yellow gold bracelet, several strands coil over and around one another like a rope. Some carry a line of small round lab-grown diamonds in tiny prongs, and the rest stay bare and polished, so sparkle and shine take turns through the twist. Either side, a fine double cable chain carries on to round ball ends that sit on a sliding closure.
