Each earring starts with a small asscher-cut lab-grown diamond, its cropped corners and stepped facets held in four prongs at the lobe. A tiny metal ring hangs from that head and carries a larger pear-shaped lab-grown diamond, turned point up. A V-prong guards the tip of the pear, claws hold its rounded end, and the open sides of both settings let light in from every angle.
