This yellow gold shank swells out where it carries the stones and thins gradually as it travels around to the palm side. Up top, a raised prong head holds a fancy blue Asscher-cut center, chosen in the next step. Flanking it closely are smaller lab-grown diamond side stones, also prong-set.
