Both shoulders of this rose gold setting rise as solid walls to the height of a raised prong head that holds a fancy pink cushion-cut center, chosen in the next step. A single line of small lab-grown diamond accents runs along the top of each wall toward the sides of the finger. Turn it to the side and more accents appear in petal-shaped frames around the gallery, while carved leaf grooves line the outside of the shank.
