A softened rectangle, set tall.
A single elongated cushion-cut lab-grown diamond hangs in this white gold pendant with its length running up and down. The rounded corners each sit beneath a prong with a smooth round tip, and the basket underneath stays open and spare, so the gentle curves of the stone draw the outline. No other stone or ornament is added. Over the setting, two small loops come together as a split bail in a V, letting the stone hang straight from the chain.
