From the top this looks like a simple solitaire: claw prongs lift an emerald-cut center, chosen in the next step, on a raised head. Turn it and an unbroken ring of tiny lab-grown diamond accents appears just under the center. A single row of round accents in shared prongs runs along both sides of the slim, rounded band to the sides of the finger, and the lower half is polished metal.
