A flower, built around your stone.
A scalloped metal frame opens out in petals around a fancy blue emerald-cut center, which is chosen in the next step. Prongs hold the center inside the frame and leave its face clear. Every petal has a single small lab-grown diamond accent set in its dip, spaced evenly below the center's girdle, so the top reads as a flower rather than a solid ring of stones. The sterling silver band is smooth and unset, rising cleanly into the head.
