A heart under a cross.
Two straight bars meet in an X on each stud, and a heart-shaped lab-grown diamond settles just below where they cross, held at its two lobes and its point. The bars are edged with continuous metal rails; inside them, baguette lab-grown diamonds line up side by side, with a run of round ones along the X as well. All those straight edges set off the soft curves of the heart.
