A ribbon tied above a heart.
A slim rose gold strand loops into an open teardrop, its two ends crossing at the top where the post attaches, like a tied ribbon. At the bottom of that loop sits a small round lab-grown diamond in prongs, and directly beneath it a heart-shaped lab-grown diamond points downward, held at its two lobes and its tip. The heart is fixed to the frame, so the outline stays neat.
