An open prong head on straight posts lifts a fancy blue heart-shaped center, chosen in the next step, clear of the band. Just under its edge, on the two sides that face the band, sits a small trio of lab-grown diamond accents, each stone in its own prongs. The accents widen the look of the top without circling the center. Below, the sterling silver band is smooth and polished, slimming a little as it nears the head.
