A small bloom on either side.
Tucked against the head on each shoulder, marquise and round lab-grown diamond side stones gather at one point and open outward, so each group reads as a little flower framing the center. Every stone has its own prongs. Beyond the two blooms the band is bare, smooth and gently rounded. A raised prong head over an open basket carries a heart-shaped center, chosen in the next step.
