Full at the front, light at the back.
A ring of tiny lab-grown diamonds surrounds a fancy green heart-shaped center, chosen in the next step, which sits in a raised prong head over an open gallery. From each shoulder a single row of pave runs toward the sides of the finger, the stones graduated so they shrink a little with each step down. The rose gold band narrows gently as it goes and finishes in a smooth, plain back.
