Shoulders that come to a point.
Where the wide yellow gold band meets the halo, each pave shoulder narrows into a point that tucks against the frame. Two rows of small lab-grown diamond accents cover the shoulders and the upper sides of the band; the lower half is polished metal, straight and untwisted. Inside the halo, claw prongs hold a fancy green heart-shaped center, chosen in the next step. In profile, small scroll curls and a hidden accent decorate the gallery under the head.
