Graduated pave, swept aside.
The shoulders of this white gold setting are built from layered, leaf-shaped strands that swirl past each other on opposite sides of the head. Each strand carries two rows of lab-grown diamond accents, graduated from the largest beside a fancy yellow marquise center to smaller ones farther down, and a raised vein runs along each leaf. Below the center, which is chosen in the next step, a hidden halo circles the base of the prong head, with more accents on the gallery sides. The lower shank is plain and polished.
