At the lobe, eight marquise lab-grown diamonds point outward from a common middle to make a flower. One more marquise hangs beneath it as a link, and below that opens a much larger spray of twenty-two marquise stones layered like petals around a tiny round stone. Each marquise is held by small prongs at its tips, and hinged joins let the three parts move.
