Close to a fancy yellow marquise center, each shoulder of this sterling silver setting holds a small spray of lab-grown diamond accents. Slim marquise accents angle outward like petals, pointing away from the center, and little round accents sit just past their tips. Every accent is held in prongs. Beyond the sprays, the shank runs smooth with a rounded profile and narrows a little at the head. The center rises on its own prongs and is chosen in the next step.
