Carved sides, a raised arch.
The shoulders of this yellow gold setting climb into an open arch beneath a prong head that holds a fancy green marquise center, chosen in the next step. Along the top of each shoulder, a line of small bead-set lab-grown diamond accents reaches toward the sides of the finger, and a few more are tucked into the gallery under the center, where they show from the front. Both outer sides of the band carry a repeating carved ridge for an antique look.
