The largest piece of each mosaic is a pear-shaped lab-grown diamond, point down. A round lab-grown diamond rests beside it, and a princess cut turned up onto its corner sits above, so its square outline stands on point. Two tiny rounds fill the gaps between them. Each of the five stones keeps its own prongs, and the two studs are made as mirror images.
