About this ring
Wrapped edge, open V.
A smooth, unbroken rim of sterling silver closes around the whole edge of a fancy yellow pear-shaped center in this solitaire, so no prongs are needed. On each shoulder the band divides into two strands, and the open V between them narrows to meet right beneath the bezel. The head sits above the finger with space under it, and there are no accent stones anywhere: just polished metal. The center is chosen in the next step.
