The flat top of this sterling silver band carries a single row of small lab-grown diamond accents, bordered on both edges by milgrain rails and running past the sides of the finger. Turn the ring and the side faces show a recessed scroll pattern from the shoulders down. Above it all, a raised prong head with a crossed basket holds a fancy pink pear-shaped center, chosen in the next step. The base of the band is plain.
