Stone, bar, stone.
Single round lab-grown diamond accents march along the slim, flat-topped platinum band, beginning tight beside a princess-cut center and stepping down toward the sides of the finger. Short flat bars of metal hold each stone from either end, with its sides left open, so the upper band reads as a line of neat segments. Up top, open prongs lift the center, and the lower band is plain. The center is chosen in the next step.
