A heart, then a climb.
A heart-shaped lab-grown diamond anchors the bottom of each climber, held in prongs with a V at its point. Above it, four round lab-grown diamonds follow a gentle curve up the edge of the ear, each a little smaller than the one before, so the line tapers to a fine tip. The pair is made as mirror images, one for each ear.
