The top of each earring is a round lab-grown diamond wrapped in a ring of tiny stones, sitting on the post. A small loop under it lets the rest move. From there, a straight run of thirteen slightly larger rounds leads down to a pear-shaped lab-grown diamond with its own pear-shaped halo, its point turned up toward the line above.
