A star drawn in two sizes.
Round lab-grown diamond accents ring the raised head, switching between a larger and a smaller size as they go round. The bigger stones push outward, so from above the top reads as a star or a flower. Each accent sits in its own prongs, and a fancy pink round center, chosen in the next step, is held at the middle. The side view shows an open gallery, and the slim rose gold band below is plain, narrowing a little as it meets the head.
