Round lab-grown diamonds stack in a vertical column inside this yellow gold pendant, graduated so the largest sits at the top and each one below is smaller. Every stone has its own prong head. Around them an open, polished frame curves up on both sides, with one arm rising much taller than the other, and the frame narrows to a point at the bottom.
