Round lab-grown diamonds of similar size join up into a full, slim circle on this sterling silver pendant, each lifted on its own small prong head. There is no stone at the middle, so the ring of stones is the whole design, backed by only a thin line of metal. A small bail at the top of the circle links it to a cable-link chain.
