A single row of same-size round lab-grown diamonds circles this open sterling silver pendant without a break. Tiny metal beads tucked between the stones hold them in place, so the row shows far more stone than metal. Slim polished rails run along both the inner and outer edge of the row, and the middle is left open. A fine cable chain carries the circle.
