About this necklace
Every inch of the heart, set.
The front of this sterling silver heart is covered from edge to edge with small round lab-grown diamonds held on tiny beads, so almost no metal shows. There is no open center: the paving runs right across the softly domed surface. A smooth, tapered bail sits in the dip between the two lobes, joined to the heart by a small round jump ring, and hangs on a fine cable-link chain.
