Tiny pavé lab-grown diamonds cover this cocktail-glass pendant completely: the wide bowl, the slender stem and the foot, all inside a thin polished border. A cocktail pick leans across the rim at an angle, tipped with a round lab-grown diamond in a smooth bezel for the olive. The chain runs through a round loop at the top edge of the glass.
