Leaves on the sides, light on top.
The flat top of this sterling silver band holds a channel of round lab-grown diamonds, all close to one size, with smooth metal walls doing the holding and no prongs in between. A fine milgrain bead traces both outer edges. Turn the ring and the side faces show a carved, repeating run of pointed leaf shapes set at a slant. The lower half is left plain and smooth.
