A single row of round lab-grown diamonds sits in a recessed track along the top of this flat band, with small metal beads between the stones. Fine milgrain beading rails both edges of the row. Look at the band from the side and each wall carries a repeating carved, grooved pattern. The stones continue around most of the ring and stop at a short plain section at the bottom, in sterling silver.
